Health Agency Provides Health Service Innovation Through Chatbot

Health Agency builds collaboration with Pro Sehat which supported by Botika to provide WhatsApp chatbot service for Jakarta Command Center for COVID-19 that can be accessed via number 081388376955.

Jakarta residents can also get COVID-19 screening service, as well as consulting with Pro Sehat doctors through live chat

Through this service, people can access information about screening and rapid COVID-19 test; swab test information, referal hospital information; patient management (especially for health facilities and health workers); consult a doctor over chat (Pro Sehat), and other information (Jakarta Health Agency Post).

Jakarta residents who need information about COVID-19 will be served directly by Jakarta Health Agency Post Team.

Jakarta Health Agency Head, Widyastuti conveyed, people can access the service not only through 112 and 119, but also through Jakarta Health Agency Post 081388376955 and 081112112112 via telephone and WhatsApp.

"There are hundred thousands messages have entered Jakarta Command Post for COVID-19 under Command Center that operates for 24 hours until now," she mentioned, Thursday (4/29).

Chatbot with COVID-19 screening feature will start the system by asking general questions regarding symptoms. After all questions are answered, application users will get screening result and further suggestions.

"Jakarta residents can also get COVID-19 screening service, as well as consulting with Pro Sehat doctors through live chat. This feature allows users to consult directly with a doctor without leaving the house," she said.

Through WhatsApp chatbot, users can also find out the location of closest referral hospital by sharing location in WhatsApp.

"WhatsApp chatbot service certainly makes it easier for Jakarta residents to get further information regarding COVID-19, especially in the current era of technology," she closed.
